The Garlic has been harvested and has been sitting on the Greenhouse tables for a few weeks. Next, they will trim off some of the garlic stalk also known as Garlic Scapes and put into bunches.
Next some of the Garlic and the Garlic Scapes will be cut up and freeze dried and jarred.
